Class 8th Date Sheet

The State Council of Educational Research and Training has released the date sheet for the Middle Standard Examination for Class 8th of Potential Learners Session 2023-24 in Jammu and Kashmir. The exams will be conducted for both Hard & Soft Zones in the Union Territory, with the exam starting at 11:00 AM.

Examination Centres and Admit Cards

Candidates will take their examinations at the Complex Centres identified by the respective District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs). However, in cases where the distance is more than 3 km from the complex heads, the examination centre shall be the respective Middle/High Schools.

All candidates must carry their admit cards on all days of the examination for verification. The complex heads will ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the conduct of the examination are followed in letter and spirit.

Important Dates and Schedule

The exams for Class 8th potential learners will start on June 14, 2023 and continue until June 23, 2023. The exams will be conducted in a single shift starting at 11:00 AM.

• June 14, 2023 – English
• June 15, 2023 – Regional Languages
• June 17, 2023 – Hindi/Urdu
• June 19, 2023 – Science
• June 21, 2023 – Social Science
• June 23, 2023 – Mathematics
